I had been buying insurance via this broker for about 8 years. This year, I had two small claims, which they were rejected by the insurance companies chosen by UKInsurance net. The premiums were constantly going up, every year no fail, but when it came to me claiming on those policies (2 roof tiles, and a little leak under the sink), it had taken one month to get any reply from their associated third parties.
