I was at a fuel station this morning , whilst waiting to pay for my diesel I was disgusted to hear the abuse directed at a female member of staff in the station.
He was rude, abusive and downright offensive.
I noted down your company name from the vehicle parked outside, extraordinarily dreadul advertising for your company .

Shaun and his team are always very professional and friendly. We have used them on a number of occasions including this morning when two of his team came out and sorted a drain blockage we had. Within an hour an a half of calling they had sorted out the problem very quickly. Thank you.

Avoid! This company is very unreliable when your in need of a job doing. They seem to be very selective as to which jobs they undertake too and rather than telling you they don't want to do the job, they say they will contact you in regards to time/date etc. then just not contact you! Appalling service. If you want someone reliable, DO NOT opt for these lot! It will be a complete waste of your time.

Really happy with the service provided, they were professional/efficient/clean/safe. They unblocked my drain pipe in my back garden, and removed the gravels(culprit) from it, put the camera prior and post job to double check, I also liked the fact that they used their brain and thought the best approach before starting anything. charged me a reasonable amount of money. Long story short, I called another drainage company few days before, they didn't do the job properly (actually made it worse), didn't use the camera and charged me more ! so I would definitely recommend Semilong Services
