Wanted a fleece bedding set for winter but wanted a better look on the bed than traditional fleece. This has a ribbed teddy finish to the top and fleece on the underside. Ordered curtains after moving into my new home , still haven't received them , put order in 28 th November, emailed the retailer only to be told they been handed over to Hermes days ago and still no show... I can understand the time of year but come on, nearly two weeks, my window looking so bare......

I bought curtains and cushions from ideal textiles before they arrived I had changed the colour of my room. I had contacted ideal textiles to explain that the curtains and cushions would no longer match. I received a very nice email from Peter Kenny advising me that I could have have a replacement or refund. I would buy from ideal textiles again as the customer services is excellent.
