Free delivery is available on all orders over 50.00. There is a standard delivery charge for orders under 50.00 which is 3.99. These orders will be sent by Royal Mail with the standard first class post service. A total charge of 7.50 will apply for Royal Mail special delivery for urgent orders requiring next day delivery.

I have inherited a family ring and various stones were missing . James and Noel have done an amazing job total restoring it to its original state. I have never seen it look like it does now - and as my mum, grandmother and great grandmother have all worn it , I can now continue the tradition. I would totally recommend Wilcox and Carter for the many purchases I have made - but this restoration shows what superb craftsmanship they both possess . Thank you both so much

As a family we've been shopping in W & C for a number of years now after we needed to find a trustworthy jeweller to value and repair some inherited jewellery. On a friend's recommendation we went to them. When we were given all sorts of conflicting advise we were told the truth by Noel and took his advice. Over the years we've bought many bits for family and friends, sadly no big purchases yet, but every time we go in the shop again they remember you and treat you as a friend. More recently (can't say to much as its a surprise gift) Noel and James went the extra mile to make a very special gift
