They discriminate!!!!!!
I’m disabled and they told me “the landlord had decided too re advertise it back on the market”
Only too find out the landlord has decided too let it out too someone else...
every single property I go for they either say it’s back on the market or the “landlord has been approached directly”

I rented a property through Andrew Cowen. From initial viewings to selecting property and drawing up the paperwork and right throughout the tenancy, the staff at Andrew Cowen were superb. Communications was always timely and courteous, any issues were promptly followed up. Special mention to Jo Barker and team whose friendly style exemplified outstanding customer service. Can't recommend this team highly enough.

Walker Landray Limited (http://www.allagents.co.uk/walker-landray/) Scarborough have been terminated as block management (http://www.woodlandsvale.info/block-management-scarborough) agents to our residents management company due to excessive increases in management fees and other issues of poor service. We have now moved to an alternative Scarborough managing agent GLS Properties (http://www.gls-properties.co.uk) .

Estate agents are very much of a muchness and usually spoken of in the same kind of terms as demons and vampires, so its rare to find one which actually deserves a commendation for the services they offer.
I've rented in Scarborough for almost six years now and have used Andrew Cowen for four of those years. Its a small, family run business and they usually have a decent selection of properties on their boards to rent - both houses and flats - and they're priced reasonably given the current state of the property market.
