My car began overheating while we were in Weymouth on holiday, a stressful situation as it happened on Sunday, the day before we were due to come home. Called a few other garages and received a standard response of not being able to look at it for 3-4 days. Called South Coast and spoke to Roxie on Monday morning, she committed to have the car looked at at 2pm the same day. Dropped the car off and it was in the workshop being diagnosed at 11am! So my partner took his car here to get it repaired today Steve done this for us our car failed a few things and hes still going the extra mile as the people that done our mot are still saying something wasnt right would highly reccomend this garage to anyone very friendly people reasonable prices and go out there way to help keep up the good work guys the reception lady is also very friendly and helpful

Genuinely disappointed and upset. Having used this garage for eight years I had come to trust them. My imobiliser had kicked in for some reason but after a few days they called to say they could not diagnose an issue and I had to take my matiz to a dealer. A very expensive undertaking. I spent five minutes on Google and took my spare key up to my car ( which didn't work but could have and wasn't suggested) and changed a blown fuse. Whole problem solved. Mistakes happen but no apology was forthcoming. I then had to wait a week for an mot. They told me I needed to pay £60 for investigation into

South Coast Autos is my go to garage for all our mechanical needs. Steve and his team are always helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you're looked after. We have used them for a number of years, with several cars and have stuck with them when they changed to their new premises.
My partner likes the fact that she is not patronised and has everything explained to her; there's no misconceptions, no hidden charges and if there's anything extra that needs doing, it's pointed out. It can be hard to find a garage with this level of service and customer care- You don't get this
