AVOID this company unless you love stress. If it would be possible to rate 0 I would. Never on time, never communicating they are late or even that they are not coming at all! Waste of time and money. They did one job for us - we invited them to do another job of around £1K for which they did not show up and did not even let us know.

Fantastic company. We've had several others come out to look at our drains. None of them could diagnose what was wrong - they just cleared them and left, leaving it to come back again. First Choice were the first company that identified the issues - quickly and efficiently fixing them. From the Office staff to the guys who carried out the works they were definitely 5 stars.

First Choice Drainage Solutions installed a french drain in my garden to help stop my lawn getting flooded when it rains. Very happy. Friendly people at every step. Works done to a high standard, promptly and professionally. All costs were transparent and easy to understand unpfront ie no nasty surprises! The guys who came to the house were extremely hard working and seemed like genuinely nice people, completing the works within the advised expected timeline. Thanks guys! Will definitely use you again in the future!

The company was extremely professional, but with a friendly and helpful attitude, nothing was too much trouble. They were efficient, reliable, and flexible when required, but kept to their timetable and were always polite. The job was a difficult one due to bad weather, but they always remained cheerful and supportive. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
