As part of our ongoing commitment to our growing work force, Day Webster feels it is extremely important to provide guidance and support to those staff coming up to or going through revalidation. Our revalidation team has been working hard since revalidation was announced to find the best way to support our nurses and we are delighted to say that this has now been achieved.
Here at Day Webster we are always looking at ways we can support our staff, therefore, we have implemented a service for support and well-being, this is mainly aimed at those staff who have had concerns raised against them in relation to their practise. We offer the support they may need to get through a worrying time.
The complaints team is made up of clinical staff including a Professional Midwifery Advocate (PMA), experienced registered nurses, a Governance lead as well as a Revalidation expert. We have a robust complaints policy and our aim is to support all workers who work through Day Webster with a focus on those who are full time agency.
Agency Nurses are responsible for filling vacant shifts at a variety of different healthcare facilities, from covering temporary locum shifts to permanent ad-hoc shifts. The role of an Agency Nurse requires you to provide patient care wherever necessary, often demanding travelling to different NHS hospitals for different types of shifts.

I honestly cannot say one negative thing about my experience with Day Webster Group - I am about to start my new job btw. My consultant Arron Rosen has been an absolute star. He contacted me with a job that was a perfect match for my set of skills and he encouraged me to write a good letter with a brilliant guidance (honestly writing the cover letter is the part that makes me give up on applications). I have worked with this company for quite a while so far, I am very happy I like my consultant Louisa Harris. she is very good in dealing my problems work wise . She attended to all my concern although it’s not immediately but ensures that my concerns is being addressed. I also like the fact that payment is the next day ..
