I had an urgent issue where I was locked out of my computer and needed to get back online again. I called Shujee and he offered to collect my computer, so that he could get my access back. While he was at my house he explained security weaknesses that hackers look for. He checked my WiFi set up and helped me to make that more secure.
He then told me exactly what he was going to check and replace on my computer to make it secure again. He installed Windows 10Pro for better access with Microsoft Office access. He kept me updated over the next few hours and within 6 hours he was delivering my computer

The recent Windows 10 messed up my computer system and i was stressing last night and searching for help when came across this page. The amazing reviews made me think he was too good to be true but low and behold he lived up to them. I was able to drop off my laptop at 11pm and it was returned to me fixed and perfect 8am the next morning. Thank you so much , you were flexible, responsive and professional.

I run a small business and I had a major problem with my computer - it froze and I couldn't get past the start up screen. Someone did a system restore but most of my data was lost. I found Mobile PC Doctor on line and contacted them. They responded very quickly and came to look at the PC the next day. I was really impressed as I'm so used to IT guys speaking over my head! Shujaat explained everything clearly and listened to my requirements. It turned out that my computer was not appropriate for my needs and I hadn't set it up properly. He advised me of the spec I should be looking
