As the examples below depict, dormers are constructed by adding a vertical extension to the existing sloping roof of the house. This means that the walls in a dormer loft conversion are vertical and the ceiling is horizontal, resulting in a real feeling of space. We have now used Cox Format on 3 separate occasions over many years to carry out loft conversions and kitchen extension. They have consistently worked to a very high standard. In addition to great workmanship (with zero snagging / problems) they are timely, polite and courteous, and they respond to any queries / issues very promptly. Highly recommend.
