Exit the M40 (J-15) and head towards Coventry on the A46. Come off at the junction marked University of Warwick & Stoneleigh. Follow the signposts to the University until you come to the traffic lights. Turn Left (A429), after approximately 1Z miles take the turning on the right opposite the bus stop & phone box.
From time to time we have certain Stainless Steel SMEV Ovens or Cookers with minor transit dents to the rear casing. Once fitted the dents are not visible and have no effect on the respected high reliability of the SMEV kitchen appliance. Some will have had coloured fluids put in them to properly demonstrate their functions on display but not used in action!

I emailed C A K tanks and messaged the sales team
Explained that I needed a fresh water tank for my fiat ducato build I have been doing over the last year
Great service for all at C A K it was arranged that I could collect within a week I was on my way to collect my tank when I arrived there was a bit of a problem with the fittings! Within 30mins it was all sorted and I was on my way home with everything I needed
Great service and great people at C A K don't listen to bad reviews Not true a great helpful team at Kenilworth C A K Tanks can recommend them and there service to anyone

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC PLACE!
Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, massive stock in-house.
I dropped in to CAK for my tank and water system for my camper conversion. They advised on components necessary to suit my needs, and also advised me on what I didn't need (as opposed to being greedy and selling me unnecessary items) They even made up my fresh water tank while I waited, even though they were busy.
My advice is to ignore the less positive reviews and find out for yourself, because I can't fault them.

I've ordered twice from C.A.K Tanks and both orders were delivered faster than expected, lead time was 6-8 weeks, orders arrived within 4 weeks. Excellent email support, with very prompt replies. I think the tanks are excellent quality and represent very good value for money. I would definately buy from these guys again.

Tanks themselves are good quality but the service around them is very poor.
I have made several orders with Leisure lines and there has been something missing each time. Tanks arrived with no fitting instructions
and missing brackets. When brackets arrived they were poorly fabricated and not correct size or shape for the specified tanks.
Still using covid as an excuse for not talking to customers on the phone which is embarrassing...
If you have no choice but to use a custom shaped tank for your vehicle then proceed but do not expect this to be a 'plug and play' option as you would expect for

1- i bought a grey water tank and ancillary items for my campervan conversion project. Product is of very good quality and they even fitted the accessories (including level gauge) and connection points as per my drawing.
Yes it took 6-7 weeks, however, this was very clear at the time of purchase. I see many comments saying they do not respond to phone calls - i agree it is the case, however, they respond very quick and clearly to ALL email enquiries. They provide specialist products which have a manufacturing time, so i would like to encourage

Do not use this company. There is a reason they only have a two star rating. Thier idea of customer service is disgusting. Expect poor service and long delays by people who are obviously complacent and would rather cancel orders than fulfil them. Like most now using "CV" as an excuse not to answer phones. Despite having a good Internet presence and range of products I have never dealt with such an unprofessional outfit. Cak Tanks, Water Tanks Warehouse, Supreme Tech, all the same shower. Need a negative star rating.

Never again! I ordered a tank for a motorhome from these people. I was told it would take 3 weeks to arrive. It arrived almost 2 months later and after having been promised it 5 times. When it finally arrived the tank was of such poor quality that it went straight into the skip. I could never put such a poor quality product into one of my vehicles. Be warned!

Awful!!!! If you order goods they arrive fairly on time but with necessary parts missing so you cannot complete the task in hand. It is not possible to speak on the phone and emails are ignored until threat of appealing to the card payment company to backcharge them. Promises to send remaining items do not materialise so now it has been three weeks waiting for the missing parts. I will never use them again

Absolutely brilliant service. In the process of building a camper van and needed two water tanks. Called up and asked would it be possible to pick up the next day as I was passing by due to work. Not a problem at all I was told and the next day they were ready for collection. Whilst picking them up I got talking to the guy who was serving me (didn't catch his name) and he gave me some great advice regarding the most suitable water pump and water pipes to buy. A great chap and great service all round. Couldn't recommend them enough. Will be buying the rest of the kit that I need through here too
