We Specialise in everything from straightening out walls on brick background to skimming over lath & plaster and new plasterboard. We work on all types of properties from completing a simple room to room job to undertaking house renovations whether they are new build or age related properties. We have a lot of experience in working in lots of pre 1900 tenement flats in and around Glasgow.
We Specialise in roughcasting and wetcasting and we aim to match background colours and aggregate/chips from buildings as old as 70 years old. K Rend protects the blockwork and its performance is second to none for its endurance and waterproof abilities. K Rend offers an excellent basecoat which covers certain types of painted surfaces if done correctly with a heavy mesh. We specialise in using Lime Render used to covering stone work enabling it to be breathable for background stones.

We had recently purchased a townhouse on the Southside and were looking for a plasterer to remove ceilings, re-board, skim and then re-instate the plaster cornice in two large bedrooms (due to historical water damage). The work was done over two weekends to a high standard and at a very competitive price. All the work provided was detailed in a professional written quotation and I really can't say enough good things about Steven. Polite, professional, particular about his work and a good time keeper.
