Although we do not have a cattery on site, we have access to a beautiful, newly-built and fully heated cattery just 10 minutes away from Riverside . We do have some availability for collecting/dropping off dogs, particularly where customers are unable to drive. Please telephone to enquire about thi.
Over the past few years we have been leaving our two dogs at Riverside kennels and would highly recommend them to anyone. Services
Riverside is all about three things: personal attention, a clean environment and a relaxed atmosphere. For many years we have raised and cared for dogs of all breeds, personalities and ages. Nervous dogs are very welcome and are given as much time, attention and TLC as is necessary to help them feel secure and happy.
BOARDING All dogs are charged at a daily rate of 15 per day. Daily rate is charged from the day of arrival regardless of arrival time. No charge for will be applied for the day of departure if collecting between 9am and 10am. Collections between 5pm to 6pm will be charged at normal daily rate. DAY BOARDING All dogs are charged at a rate of 15 per day.
These hours allow us to maintain a settled routine which your dog understands. It means unfamiliar faces arriving throughout the day are not continually disturbing them. Bookings: Telephone enquiries/bookings should be made between 8am and 8pm. In the case of an emergency outside of these hours please send a text marked "urgent" to our mobile number and we will get straight back to you.
We prefer, where possible, that customers see the kennels and meet us to discuss their dog's requirements PRIOR to their first booking. If you are planning to use kennels for the first time we recommend that you try to view several. After all, you know you dog's needs and personality better than anyone else.
