Elite Transport was established in 1999 by John Rawson and has grown into an established company with 20 full-time employees and an excellent reputation within the haulage industry. Elite Transport has grown steadily over the years and now has a professionally managed fleet of 20 vehicles and 45 trailers.

Elite Transport has a team of experienced drivers and a fleet of professionally-maintained, H&S compliant vehicles and trailers. We offer a comprehensive range of haulage services including wide and abnormal loads, crane assisted and curtain sider trailers. We also offer responsive light haulage options for scheduled and 'top up' deliveries.

The majority of our work involves flatbed trailers and we have both truss and step frame trailers which are ideal for delivering roof trusses and cabins. Our curtain sider trailers feature robust vertical posts which are rigorously safety-checked to meet the latest Health & Safety regulations. We have decades of experience in delivering steel and timber frames, roof trusses and other pre-assembled construction sections.

Elite Transport has six crane assisted vehicles and all of our drivers are ALLMI trained and certified. Our largest crane is a 65 tonne metre crane and we can deliver containers up to 32ft (9.75m) in length. Our drivers are Working at Height and signaller trained and have sheet and rope expertise. We take our safety responsibilities very seriously and work closely with on-site staff at both ends of each delivery.

These are ideal for schedule smaller deliveries and essential for 'top-up' deliveries (when a site team is short of a component or two after a main delivery). We use these vehicles to deliver granite, marble, steel and almost anything else up to a weight limit of 1.4 tonnes. Our vehicles are fitted with safety rails to meet safety regulations and longer lengths can be accommodated by a steel extender bar.
