All our four patio ranges are laid to the same high standards, the only difference between the four patio ranges is the paving that they use.
A Luxury patio is installed to the same high standard as all our other patios and includes a 10 year guarantee. But a Luxury patio uses the best paving on the market, Marshalls top of the range Lazaro marble and Marshalls Scoutmoor sawn paving. Lazaro marble paving adds a timeless beauty to properties of any style, with veining and white mottling adding to charm of this iconic stone.
A premium patio is installed to the same high standard as all our other patios and includes a 10 year guarantee. A premium patio uses the finest Indian sandstone there is which is Marshalls sawn versuro. Big pieces of rock are sawn to size not split like the classic patio range. It is sawn to for accuracy so the slab sizes are the same giving it a modern look with the same size joints.
Porcelain patios are really low maintenance patios with a eye catching elegance and contemporary designs. The porcelain process ensures very low water absorbency which means less staining and cleaning and takes no looking after at all. A mid-range patio is installed to the same high standard as all our other patios and includes a 10 year guarantee.

I have used Charles William Paving and Landscapes for a number of garden projects and each time I have been impressed by their highly reliable and professional service. They have just completed laying a patio and paving over a large expanse of existing crumbling block paving and the result looks amazing. I cannot believe the difference this has made to the outside space. What I wanted was thoroughly discussed when Lee came to measure the area to be covered, the quote arrived promptly, a start date was agreed and work commenced on time. Throughout the whole process I was kept thoroughly informed

Lee and his team laid us a Tegular block patio and the results were excellent. They also replaced our fence with lattice top decorative
fence panels which has complemented the patio perfectly.
I would highly recommend the company for their attention to detail
and customer service.
We will most certainly be asking Lee and his team back for future

Charles William recently completed renewing our garden patio. From consultation to finish they carried out there work in the most professional manner you could wish for . Polite , tidy and always courteous.
