We engaged H&C to design and process planning for work on our cottage that fell within the green belt. With careful design and good advice we obtained the planning permission and our build was completed - with some recommendations for local builders. All to time to quality and to cost - the three holy grail attainments in any project. We wanted to keep the project 'local' so we used H&C. The service we received was first class and we never felt like we were asking too much, everything was done in a friendly and courteous manner. We would very much recommend them for your design and build projects
