Investstroy Ltd. was founded in Bulgaria in 1991, by Zdravko Shehov. In 1991 Bulgaria became a Parliamentary Republic with a new Constitution that provided a broad range of reforms and freedoms facilitating Mr Shehov, with five employees, to start one of the first construction companies in the state of Smolyan.

Throughout all my life experience with builders, I've never had such a great service as what Chris and his team delivered to us. The whole project ended two months prior the given deadline ( never expected that one )! I made a small party for all my friends one we got the work done. I used Paradisehome for the full refurbishment of my apartment in London! Couldn’t be more pleased with the final results. Their estimates were accurate! No surprises once they started the project.
