Under the FSO, the responsible person must carry out a fire safety risk assessment and implement and maintain a fire management plan.
It is the responsibility of the statutory duty holder to ensure a legionella risk assessment is undertaken, and, that there is a suitable legionella control regime in place. Great experience with these guys. There was a mishap with the schedule which was a slight annoyance but it all worked out well in the end. The report was released the very next day; it had clear photos of all affected areas and lots of samples were taken. Turned out that every ceiling and floorboard (under the carpet) throughout the entire house was lined with asbestos. It was still safe but removal/replacement would have cost well over £100k, so this survey is well worth it.

I had a last minute request for a Fire Risk Assessment and Asbestos Survey before I could exchange on my property as was panicked about getting done quickly. These guys absolutely saved they day. We needed a pre-purchase asbestos survey.
They negotiated access directly with the selling agent which made life a lot easier for us, and the report (which included multiple samples) was available in a very impressive time frame.
Their price wasn't the cheapest I was quoted but it was still competitive and I think it's definitely worth paying a little extra for this standard of service and thoroughness.

Do not normally give reviews. Have all good intentions but never manage to get around to them but absolutely has to review this company. Amazing company with terrific customer service. Dan went above and beyond for me on an urgent matter and I had the test and report done in under 36 hours and considering they are very far away from us I was extremely happy. Nothing is to much trouble for this company and advice given freely.
Hopefully never have to use an asbestos company again but of I do I won’t go anywhere else 😃
