Very happy with this project, Leonard Construction did an excellent job under difficult circumstances. They kept to price and timescale and we're exceptional at keeping us well informed. I'll be using them for my next project! Have used Leonard Construction and Design on a couple of occasions and been very happy with them.
An existing single story side extension, small kitchen and conservatory was the base of the downstairs space. The back of the house was designed and transformed into a modern open plan living area including kitchen and dining area with corner Solarlux bi-fold doors opening out to a same level patio area.
