As soon as I saw the Hetty Midnight Heels I knew that I needed these to be my wedding shoes. When they arrived they were beautiful quality & so comfortable. Unfortunately I had an accident after purchasing them, which permanenty damaged my ankle and meant I can no longer wear high heels. Best customer service I have ever received!! They were comfy to wear all day, I absolutely love them! They were quick to respond and so helpful from start to finish. One of the flowers broke off a week before the wedding and they instantly sent me a label to return them, they repaired them within a day and they were already on their way back to me. From the minute I saw them, I couldn't forget them - postponing our first day meant I had time to buy my Hetty's and I am so grateful as I LOVED them and so did everyone else who saw them! My experience with the team at HW was amazing! They are all so friendly and helpful and were always available to help with any questions I had when designing my wedding shoes. From sending two pairs of shoes to me to help with choosing the correct size, to email correspondence throughout the design process, I felt confident in their services and products and needless to say the shoes (and matching bag... I had to!) exceeded my expectations.

I'm so in love with my shoes! The whole experience from start to finish was incredibly smooth and the people were helpful and kind. I was ordering from the US so I was a bit nervous about not being able to try the shoes in person before buying them, but my virtual appointment helped me sort out any sizing issues or jitters I had.
My shoes arrived a few days ago and they fit wonderfully and look amazing. I can't wait to wear them for my mini wedding this year!

I ordered my wedding shoes from Harriet Wilde and they were absolutely perfect - I wore them all day and they were super comfortable (I did a LOT of dancing!) whilst looking gorgeous. After seeing Harriet Wilde shoes all over social media I knew I wanted some for my wedding day! I was pleasantly surprised at the great price for gorgeous quality shoes! Being from the US I thought it would be extremely complicated to order these shoes however the process was incredibly easy and the team that helped me was extremely nice, helpful and personal. Their bespoke option allowed me to customize my shoes to match my dress and I was even able to put my new last name on the soles of the shoes as an added personal detail!

I live in Stirling, Scotland and after choosing my wedding dress in February this year I started the search for my perfect shoe. I looked in shops and online and eventually discovered the Harriet Wilde Peony Low in ivory and promptly fell in love. I couldn’t stop thinking about them. Excellent experience overall.
During all process, Ruth advised well during the choosing phase. She was also very responsive with to our emails. I really appreciate that whenever she committed to a date she actually delivers, without any problem or excuses.
We order a first pair of shoes, but the size was wrong. The exchange process was super easy, without any problem. We received the new pair and it is perfect.
The shoes look even better live! We are very delighted :)
