Rude, unprofessional and clearly only interested in making as much money as possible as quickly as possible. Shame it has gone down hill to such an awful company. DO NOT USE THEM!! Just read their replies to negative comments, I think that says it all. Why does lance feel the need to come up with such rubbish as a 'defence' for terrible unprofessional behaviour who threaten people and yes I have evidence of this!

A cut above the rest. Lance and the team at Duralife Windows provided an excellent service from start to finish, even down to the level of finish left by the fitters upon completion. Excellent showroom with a range of quality products on display. I will certainly be recommending Duralife Windows to family and friends.
