Booked a taxi number 1 came late, number 2 asked if they could do lower by £10 because of the circumstances of only having the cash in hand and no card, was very rude then i offered to pay the full amount but stop at a friends house and drove away aggressively. Was stranded for 2 hours called back and asked him to come back and was very rude. I normally rate this company but this was not professional at all

Abacab (Ben) agreed with my friend to collect me from A&E and take me to get my car. He knew it would be very late. Ben had my phone number in case something went amiss. After 9 hours in A&E I rang multiple times from 3.45 to 4.15 am. Eventually Ben picked up the phone (since I was disturbing his sleep, poor thing!) and said he was in bed so was not coming. If I had been Ben I would have arranged for another company or driver to pick me up and then texted or phoned to tell me.
Instead he chose to leave a 69 year old with a bad head injury, broken glasses - so could not use phone - no money or

Called to book a taxi after getting a quote from Uber for £35 (Uber were not available at the time of booking).
The office said it would be a £50-55 journey and explained that they are a “Surrey cab company” so that’s why they’re more expensive. I thought this was excessive but without another option, I agreed to the fare.
When I got in the cab I double checked the price with the driver. The driver told me that the same man in the office had just told him to charge £70. The driver apologised and said that the man in the office had lied about the price to me.

Excellent & reliable service, I use these guys several times a week and have been a godsend to me & my partner. We do not drive and am disabled and have been very helpful to us , the owner of company (Ben) always does above & beyond to deliver excellent customer service and all the drivers are very friendly and reliable too. Very reasonably priced & friendly, would definitely recommend . These guys are the best in Dorking!

We pre-brooked this taxi as they allow dogs to ride too, this was very useful due to the afternoon heat that we hadn’t planned for at this time of year. The driver arrived on time and he was very polite, professional and would definitely use again. Thank you
