I was given this company's info. by my building's management to put together a steel frame bed that was in four pieces. It was a really straightforward project, the item was just heavy and awkward and needed two people to lift the components. It took three weeks to get an appointment (which they tried to move to a weekend in the interim and at the last minute) and I took the afternoon off work to meet them.
