We're a small family-run farm close to the Broads, handily placed for the A47 Norwich to Yarmouth and roughly half way between the two. The Farm Ponds are open all year 7 days a week, dawn to dusk. Just turn up, start fishing and the fishery Manager will find you. There's about half an acre of fishing from 12 boarded swims with a good stock of roach, rudd, bream and carp.

The carp run to twenty pounds with a good number of fish in the 5-10lb range. Barbless hooks only, no keepnets, landing nets supplied. Fishing 6 per day per rod. Set within the orchard are our 5 pitches for touring caravans plus plenty of space for tents or campervans.

Great little camping and motor-home holiday site!
Peaceful, yet gives great access to many worthwhile places to visit! Fisher folk will also have access to the wonderful fishing lakes too! Tranquility base, with many fine adventures to come! 🙂🇬🇧

Excellent secluded site. Camp among the orchard. Lots of local footpaths close for Miles of walks. Fishing good on both lakes. Dog friendly. Plenty of apples in September.

The day started quiet and Idid not see much action until early afternoon . It started with a couple of decent perch a short while later I took my 1st and only carp, which was around 17lb and put up a decent fight. The rest of the afternoon was spent watching several very large
