Catherine and the team are first class professionals. I currently rent a property that they manage in Cullingworth. Davies Lettings were thorough from booking the original viewing, to the viewing and knowledge of the property and the area.
The vetting process was thorough and this will give reassurance to the landlord that the tenant they choose has been vetted to ensure they will look after the property and pay the rent on time.
During my time at the property some issues have occurred. The agent have worked quickly to get the issues resolved in a speedy manner and to a satisfactory conclusion

I had never rented before and I found their communication and attention to detail exemplary. My main communications were with Catherine but also spoke to Callum and they are always polite and friendly.
Jason (The Boss) Came on the day of moving in and explained clearly and in detail all the documentation I received and signed. Also resolved a misunderstanding with the landlord which threatened to terminate my contract before it had even started. Very Grateful.

I had a great experience with Davies lettings.
I needed to move into a property quickly and they were able to get me in within a week but still managed to do everything professionally and profoundly. I am very grateful to them for their help and would definitely look to rent somewhere through them in the future if I was to move. Thank you!
