I had carpet guru about 6 months ago after hearing amazing reviews and the outcome was fabulous. And 6 months later I've got him back again and WOW they don't look clean. We have used Carpet Guru over a number of years to clean our communal carpets twice a year in our four communal staircases. He is very professional in his approach to the job and leaves the carpets looking very good, almost new even though they are 14 years old.
