Worst coach holiday I've ever been on in my life. Picked up in scruffy dark dangerous street in newcastle ( Ord street). Pick up was supposed to be at 5.10 am driver never turned up until 5.45.am; said it was the traffic ! There was nothing on the roads. Then the nightmare began, over 7 hours to get to blackpool, stopping only once for 15 mins to change coaches. The chemical toilet at back of bus was stinking, also the driver (Darren) was an ignorant little b***ard, had music blasting and wouldn't turn the heating down, we couldn't breathe. It's the first time I've ever went to blackpool via york

Just been for a 5 day break in Newquay Cornwall. It started off great with acklams Ben the driver was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was always there for everyone with a helping hand and a smile on he's face couldn't falter the man in anyway. We had a trip to St Ives on Wed and the air con on bus broke down Ben tried everything he could to get it fixed but to no avail. That's when Acklam coaches were disgusting in the way they handled the situation they had from the wed till Fri to send either another coach or someone to fix it but no Ben had no other choice to drive us on a 12hr
