Reg No. L25 WYN I had this driver from Lloyds coaches following me on the M6 /M 42 on Thursday night last. He was tailgating me through the controlled zones, blaring his horn, flashing his lights and generally acting in the most dangerous way possible. He should be taken off the road immediately as a total danger to other drivers. His driving was reckless, illegal and likely to seriously endanger. the lives of others. Phone calls to Lloyds coaches have been a waste of time and unacknowledged.

I used your bus this morning I work for the NHS and was quite upset at seeing people sitting on the bus with no masks which is a legal requirement. I have to wear a mask in my work most of the day and seeing this makes a mochry of me as an NHS employee for trying to keep myself safe and the general public this was the 7.05am bus

This is absolutely ridiculous I'm waiting for the 9:30 bus and it hasn't even shown up and I got here exactly at 9:30 which must mean your buses have either not bothered showing up today or left way earlier than they should have this is unacceptable I have to commute to Aberystwyth for work and I can't do that if your buses don't even show up
