Fantastic friendly customer service who was only to happy to help out local people & they spent a lot of time helping us with their expert advice after we unfortunately had a burst water pipe flood and destroy our lounge floor and sub floor. They went above and beyond to help us with damp meter readings and writing reports that helped support our insurance claim. We are so pleased with our new Karndean Plank floor Finnish it looks amazing, prior to that they sealed the floor to prevent any further problems from water damage with a damp proof membrane then applied a 2 component self levelling latex

We had our hallway replaced with Karndean and the finish was spot on.
The team were incredibly professional and great to deal with throughout the whole process.
Aaron was incredibly friendly and helped with recommendations - great to see someone take pride in their work. Aaron was more than happy to talk us through other flooring options whilst on the job and even brought some demo options up to see how it would compliment the new floor.
Definately one of the best salesman I've encountered, who listened and provided a product that suited.
I will be using again!

Had my carpet fitted by two gentlemen from Floor Dimensions today and I am absolutely over the moon with the outcome. Fantastic job, fantastic fitters, fantastic price that's all I can say!! We recently had our whole downstairs floor fitted with Karndean and I am absolutely delighted with the service and work carried out by Floor Dimensions! I was looked after extremely well by the owner Aaron right from my initial enquiry through to the completion. Both Aaron and his fitter Jonny were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable whenever I had any questions or concerns. They even went out of their way to help out where they could whilst my new kitchen was being fitted. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family! The floor looks amazing and everyone who visits comments
