Highly recommended. I went to the salon after a bad experience elsewhere. My hair was not in a great condition and I was so nervous but I was losing confidence because my hair had no style, no shine, damaged, and and not a nice colour. Well I can say the ladies did an amazing job. A professional but friendly team. Great advice, amazing colour and a beautiful cut. Hope of my long locks again. Next appointment booked. 5* 🤩❤

My first visit to Charisma on the weekend just gone and I can not express enough how pleased I am with my hair! Hayley did an incredible job, she lifted my hair in one go better than I have experienced at any another hair salon.
It's so refreshing to have a stylist listen to what you want and then do their best to achieve it. My hair feels and looks gorgeous and I can't wait to go back and have it lifted again in February! Also the place had a lovely atmosphere, everyone was so nice and welcoming 💖🙌🏻😊

I got my hair coloured at this salon yesterday it was an amazing experience the two colleagues who helped me reach my hair goal I wanted where amazing and sweet I would definitely recommend this place my hair turned out 10 times better than how I wanted it I will definitely be going here from now on !

I am the type of person that loves to let the hair stylist run with a vision of their own, as I have no idea what will look good in my dull, flat, fine hair. Becky has been superb in giving me a fresh look, cutting my hair into a shaggy fun style that gives life to my hair. I since went back and had my hair coloured by Mollie. She was fabulous and I couldn't be happier with the colour. It's such a fun, ashy blonde!

Went here last week for a quick trim - just wanted a bit cut off the ends, layers and fringe shortened with hair damped down, a quick trim
On the positive side my hair did look nice when I left however:-
Stylist said she must wash it first - ok
She put conditioner on it without asking if I wanted any
She then told me she was going to spray it with an American leave in conditioner and blow dry it. When I said I just wanted a wet cut and leave it to dry naturally she said they didnt do wet cuts and she had to dry it off to finish cutting it!
She then proceeded to spray with conditioner blow
