NHS Care Report

Through our partnerships with Regional Area Teams, we provide dental care and oral health advice that are necessary to keep your mouth, teeth and gums healthy. We aim to provide preventative dentistry to help you avoid extensive dental treatments. The NHS tells us how we must charge you for NHS dental services and the amount you pay depends on the treatments you need.

Referral Process Report

We welcome referrals for your patients who may need additional complex treatments that can be provided by one of our Specialists or dentists with additional skills so that they can have the best possible care for treatments planned by you.

Treatments may range from a root filling or extraction of a tooth to more complex implant placement and restoration, but whatever their treatment plan entails you can be assured that you patient will have the best possible care and we will communicate their patient journey with you throughout.

After several dentists in 7 years I've finally had enough and found a new dentist. Every dentist had a completely different idea of what needed doing - one liked to remove teeth, another said to floss more and the latest one wanted to do regular deep cleaning and an £1800 bridge - to sort out what the first dentist had done & raise revenue. The last dentist filled a tooth twice early this year and in both cases the filling lasted 3-4 hours. I had so many cancellations those 2 fillings took 6 appointments and countless phone calls. They rarely cleaned my teeth, which they are supposed to do with

My kids and I both need to register as a dentist.They said that only allowed registration for children now. I do understand that . So I filled out the registration form for my kids.They asked me to wait for a few days and someone would contact me. I waited almost one month No one contacted me. So I called for consultation. I been told that they did not plan to accept any more people even if they were children. Only in emergency situations. Then you should tell me at the beginning. Don't waste my time waiting. such a bad dentist service I have never seen.

I honestly never do a review as I never can be asked no matter how much a company has made my life miserable but this dentist and the staff are horrendous, I took out a plan for my teeth, fell sick one day so called in to say I wouldnt make it, missed an appointment due to confusion of dates and had been cancelled on twice only to be told the dentist doesnt want to see me anymore halfway through treatment and a unfinished root canal and now I'm in serious pain, 111 referred me to see my dentist and new news to me is apparently they cant as I have been de registered without anyone telling me in

I would highly recommend this Dental Practice, today Andrew delivered a friendly and extremely professional service. Andrew showed compassion, empathy and great patience with my anxious daughter. Andrew did not rush her into the treatment he created a calm atmosphere and all went well. Jo on reception was lovely and friendly and always makes you feel welcome. All staff are working incredibly hard under difficult circumstance due to Covid-19. Well done to all staff.

Cedar road dentist is the best practice I have been to. The dentist themselves are brilliant and always do a good job with check ups and cleans. Reception are always happy to find a date that suits the customer. Also they have a car park which is great. I highly recommend this Dentist!

My dentist was extremely thorough and dental nurse was very lovely and put my mind at ease, as I am not the biggest fan of the dentist. The receptionist was very helpful and very efficient, to ensure they could find a suitable follow up appointment for me. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Always very prompt and professional and always happy to help. My dentist is a lovely guy who actually listened to my concerns and always made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Reception are very friendly and the dentist, Lovelyna Chopra is fantastic. All round great service and would easily recommend to everyone. If they could have 6 stars out of 5 they would have got it.
