Since our formation in 2002 we have listen to what advisers and clients want from us, and tailored our services to what they need. Our seven founders gathered in a basement and made plans to care for clients' money by taking a structured and disciplined approach. Their aim was to achieve steady returns over the long term, always with an eye on risk, using up-to-the-minute technology.
7IM is committed to developing a culture that is positive, inclusive, and supportive, to which all staff can contribute and within which all can reach their full potential. Our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy was launched in 2020 and sets out our commitment and objectives in this area. Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is a key element in 7IM's cultural development.
From national charities across the UK to smaller local community projects, the 7IM charity programme - 7IM Gives Back - is committed to supporting causes that can make a difference to those in need. With our dedicated committee and a pledge from 7IM to match any donations by a total of 17,500 a year to any fundraising carried out by our people, we look forward to continuing this charitable work for a long time to come.
