I have been a student now at yees hung ga Kung fu Inverness now for a little over eight months. And I can honestly say that joining our school was probably one of the best things that I have ever done. I like learning the hung ga style of Kung fu so much now that I try my very best to attend all of the classes I possibly can. I have found that the qi gong exercises we learn and warm up with has done wonders for my health. So on a Monday we learn techniques and drills which develops your self defence and fighting skills. And on Tuesday we learn traditional form. Which in itself is olso a great way

I was fairly nervous yet excited at the same time when I went to my first class, as I progressed I found my confidence growing as well as my fitness levels. In general people were friendly and helped me if I was struggling with a particular part of the form or a new technique. I feel as though I've improved a bit more physically and mentally some elements I have difficulty with but these can improve with time, cheers!

Great school teaching authentic Southern Chinese Kung Fu. I have been there for a few years. Other students apply themselves while being good fun to train with, and we have a range of activities from traditional training to lion dance and sparring. Tough to start with, but rewarding with effort.
