Not only did they lay a base that wasn’t square, the slope of the ramp began before the garage ended so i’m left with a large gap under the front concrete panels. The actual finish of the base resembled the cobbles on Coronation Street. This was blamed on their concrete supplier using reclaimed rubble as aggregate that was too large a gauge. They then used floor level to skim the worst parts but claimed they had levelled the whole floor. After they left i noticed the ramps off my trailer had disappeared. They did return them claiming they had been loaded on their vehicle by mistake even though
