He knows, only too well, the almost impossible task confronting a new author when he seeks to find a book publishing company. Writers devote months and years of their lives to crafting and creating books devoted to the education and entertainment of unseen others. They then discover that their beloved manuscript is just a piece of often worthless merchandise in the eyes of the vast majority of book publishing companies.
New authors receive countless numbers of rejection letters from the mainstream publishers who prefer to play it safe with either established authors or celebrity authored books. Finally new writers turn in desperation to the so-called Vanity market. There they are promised, in return for vast sums of money, that their book will be published.

As a new author, I had many offers from different publishers for my book LIFE ON A KNIFE EDGE. I was delighted with my choice to go ahead with i2i publishing, as from the outset Mr Lionel Ross and later his senior editor Mr Mark Cripps made my journey personal.
There were many events in my story that had made me go back and visit different areas of my trauma, again Mr Ross and Mr Cripps gave me the time that I needed to continue with telling my story keeping me and the well being of my family as their NUMBER ONE priority.

Wishing to publish my first book I approached i2i. Lionel Ross has been very helpful and patient and guided me through the publishing process. He introduced me to an excellent illustrator in BazMac and the first book about The adventures of Cracker the Alpaca is to be published on 24 June 2019. I look forward to a long association with Lionel and his company.

Being a first-time author, I had very little idea of how to go about getting my book published, but Lionel guided me through every stage of the process, including help with layout and formatting during the writing stage. Dino created a striking design for the cover and Lionel and his team then organised everything required to get stock into Gardners and to get both the paperback and Kindle versions on Amazon. I am now a proud first-time author and looking forward to publishing another book next year.

Working with i2i has been a pleasure. From the very begining they have helped me on my road to my first traditionally published book. The editor, designer and Lionel himself have included me in the decisions and changes along the way. I thank them all sincerely for the resulting book 'Entwined' which has already had several five star reviews.

I2i An excellent and professional service
Having completed my first novel but with absolutely no idea of how to proceed further, I was recommended to i2i Publishing by a friend. I completed their application form and was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply from them in just a couple of days. Fortunately my application was successful and I can only say that Lionel has been there to metaphorically hold my hand throughout the whole process of editing and marketing, with no query of mine too trivial for his attention.
I admire the whole ethos of i2i Publishing and cannot thank Lionel and his

After completing my first novel, I realised I had absolutely no idea what to do with it. I had brought myself a copy of the Writer's Yearbook but didn't know where to start. I had met Lionel Ross at a book signing in my hometown of Liverpool. I had told him of my dreams and plans for the future in wanting to be a writer - next thing I knew, he had given me his card and told me to give him a call.
That one call changed my life. I informed him that my novel was now completed, told him what it was about and the main themes. He seemed interested and asked me to send the first 20 pages. I did so and
