Founded in 2009 The Hawkins Group is one of the fastest-growing Haulage Companies in the Midlands. Operating out of 4 sites in Rugeley, Fradley-Lichfield & Glasgow we employ over 100 members of staff, operate over 100 Vehicles, and offer over 200,000 sqft of Warehousing. Our growth and success is testament to the vision that the Directors and Senior Management have had since the conception of the company.
Our solutions department was created in 2013 with the vision of offering a Streamlined One Stop Service to our customers. With growing customer requirements and to keep in line with our vision of providing a One Stop Solution we have built up a database of prefered and trusted Logistics Partners who are strategically placed throughout the UK and Europe.
We always utilise the very latest Telematics technologies which incorporate Full HD Camera Systems with Live Monitoring. Our vehicle tracking solution is integrated into our Traffic Management System and Tachograph Reporting. Our Telematics Solution provides once a minute updates, this ensures accurate Location Reporting, monitors CO2 levels and Fleet Health.

I have put one star as it is not possible to place less.
DO NOT WORK FOR IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET PAID FOR 5-6 MONTHS
In a few words - completely and utterly unprofessional. I work in credit control and have had many dealings with this company, all negative. We should have known when they told us 'we don't pay waiting time' when our truck was on site for 3 hours!!!
We did transport work for this company and was not paid for over FIVE MONTHS. I cannot count the amount of times I spoke to their accounts and was completely fobbed off for payment. Complete waste of my time.
They then did a single

If I could give this company no stars I would.
I have never experienced such a sham..
I paid for next delivery but it failed to arrive so a wasted evening waiting for it.
I was then told next day that it wouldn't be delivered to the following day, again in the evening, again it failed to arrive and as the next day was Saturday I couldn't speak to anyone until Monday when once again I was told it wouldn't be delivered until the following day.
By now six days have passed and my plumber postponed twice, so no one was happy.
Eventually it was delivered 5 hours later than promised!!!!

Poor company. Delivered damaged shower tray, reordered. Waited for the delivery slot and nobody showed up, called office only to be told the driver is stuck in traffic and would be there in a hour. Nobody came and the office closed. Called the next day and was told the driver forgot. I find this hard to believe as he was actually on his way to me according the girl I spoke to the previous day. I complained and asked to speak to a manager who didn’t want to speak to me she just said it will be delivered the day after next and there is nothing else them or I can do. Totally unprofessional.

Absolutely abysmal company with the rudest customer service I've ever encountered. Apparently left me a voicemail to say they couldn't locate the package and that they'd be delivering another day. Couldn't change the delivery address due to data protection and were not willing to take any ownership. Promised me a particular delivery window only for a different, updated (and not at all convenient) window to be texted over the next morning. They don't pick up the phone even though they say to call if I have any problems. Avoid avoid avoid!!
