The portfolio, acquired from Ivanho Cambridge, includes: A 50 per cent stake in Maison Manuvie at 900 Boulevard de Maisonneuve O, a more than 485,000-square-foot trophy office asset in Montreal. Manulife, whose Quebec headquarters are located in the office tower, will be LaSalle's 50 per cent partner in the property.

Ms. Heuberger and Mr. Gries will succeed Jason Kern who has served as the firm's Americas CEO since 2013 and has overseen a substantial period of growth with the region's Assets Under Management (AUM) doubling to more than $22 billion, of the firm's $71 billion global AUM, during his tenure. Mr. Kern has mutually agreed to step down from this role to pursue other interests.
