With the exception of the Direct Cremation Plan, all our Prepaid Funeral Plans can be purchased for a burial or a cremation funeral. All of our Plans include the essential services needed for a funeral, with an increasing combination of options for you to choose from, depending on which level of service is most closely suited to your wishes.

Made an enquiry for a quote via their website, soon after I was contacted back by a lady who asked my a few questions about what it was I required in terms of my funeral. She was lovely, very informative and was happy to answer all of my questions. I found the plan they provided me very affordable and my monthly payments are manageable. I've been in touch with Empathy a few other times since to make one off payments to pay my plan. so I can pay it off sooner, so I like the fact it is flexible.

What a lovely company to deal with
Having recently taken out a funeral plan with Empathy, I had a few questions to ask after receiving the membership packs.
I have phoned on numerous occasions and spoken to Rachel who is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
