Arrived really quickly. Received complimentary popadoms which was a bonus. Ordered Chicken Tikka Madras, Chicken Tikka Balti & Chicken Morrisa which were all delicious with pilau rice & naan. Food was piping hot. Fantastic meal. Order delivered about 30 minutes after order was placed. This was our first time using Bollywood Lounge.

Chicken Jalfrezi just been delivered over an hour late!!!! Not a Pepper or green chilli in sight, even though I asked for extra spicy, judging from when I called, they either forgot my order or delivered it to wrong address and just whipped this waste of space up and delivered it to me, this is not a jalfrezi with no chilli or peppers just swimming in onion! highly disgusting

Very nice food. been to the restaurant and had the take out.
Restaurant food is very nice, dependable reliability in taste and the staff are generally very polite and non invasive.
The take out.... food is as nice as always, but as with most Indian food deliveries there is usually quite a wait as the food is always cooked fresh.
Wanted to give a 4.5 star really but cant!

After waiting 2 hours for delivery the food finally arrived. I received the wrong curry and when I phoned up I was told they have changed the colour of the curry I usually order rather than admitting they had sent a chicken tikka masala instead of a butter chicken. The popadoms could bend they were that stale and the food was cold. Disappointed is an understatement. After years of using this restaurant I won’t be going there again!! I asked to speak to the manager and was told I couldn’t. I’ve only put 1 star there’s no option to put none

My husband Ordered over the phone at 6.30 pm this evening , we were told just over an hour after 2 hours rang back after over an hour later I rang to be told it's bagged and ready to go. Almost 45 minutes later it showed up.
In the past chicken byriani would have cucumber tomato and an inlet on it but this was just a rice with bits if chicken and the vegatable curry sauce was just curry sauce. No rice with chicken tikka . Very disappointed but after almost 4 hours we we very hungry
We used to come to the restaurant on New year's Eve but the last few we were looking after my mum who sadly passed
