The word Caisson alludes to a form of deep foundation used in complex projects, often in a challenging environment, where a bespoke innovative solution is required.
Caisson has over the past ten years transacted on over 865m of real estate across 144 estates of c. 12.0m sq ft and c. 1,400 tenants, primarily within the industrial sector. The quality of Caisson's analysis, attention to detail and enthusiasm resulted in acquisitions being successfully concluded with the minimum of fuss.

Services
Caisson was founded in early 2009 by its Founding Partners who wanted to create an independent investment management business that would have asset management and investment performance at the heart of its philosophy. It manages assets on behalf of its investors which include Local Authority Pension Funds, Institutional Investors, Family Offices, Corporates and other Institutional Investors.
The Caisson Partners each have between 15 and 25 years of property experience including a combined 40 years in the Multi-Let Industrial ("MLI") sector. This experience extends as far back as the pioneering days of John Sims' "iO - Industrial Ownership" from which the majority of our asset managers originate.
Caisson sources and captures opportunities with growth potential, and once acquired value can be released through the application of bespoke asset plans for each investment under management. These are reviewed regularly to ensure they are responding to investor requirements and market conditions. This focus forms part of Caisson's Integrated Fund and Asset Management (IFAM) approach.

Our asset managers derive best value based on active asset management principles, having regard for sustainability. This is achieved through our knowledge of the market, relationships with local professionals and a desire to offer transparency to our clients.
