Just want to say a massive thankyou to the driver today I was stuck at Edinburgh botanic garden’s with my 5year old daughter and 7months pregnant my tyre went flat the lovely gentleman came and helped me ever sooo grateful for your help he was from Birmingham pr68 jul was his registration number! Value member of staff you have there people like him are hard to come across

I have rung Prospect on 2 occasions regarding my son who uses the Free Halesowen Bus Service.
Firstly because he had left his lanyard on the coach and secondly because he'd been dropped off by my husband in the morning, and had forgotten his lanyard to come home with.
On both occasions, the lady I dealt with was incredibly helpful and sorted us out - brilliant service - Thank you!
