Services
I believe that, given the right circumstances and support, people can make the changes they need in order to enhance their life and discover their potential. My approach is holistic, in that I am interested in "the whole person", and I often encourage clients to examine aspects of their overall lifestyle, such as health, diet and exercise, to assist and support the psychological and emotional changes they are making.
Discuss the problems and difficulties you may be experiencing in your life, in a safe and confidential environment with a supportive and non-judgmental therapist. One element in our sense of aloneness is the lack of any relationship in which we communicate our real experiencing - and hence our real self - to another.
There may be occasions in your life when you feel unable to talk to friends or family about your problems. Individual therapy offers a safe environment in which to explore aspects of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and the difficulties you have been facing.
Couples therapy offers an opportunity to help you and your partner understand and resolve your conflicts, and to improve or rebuild your relationship. It can give you the tools to communicate better, to negotiate differences, to learn to problem solve together and to understand each other better.
It can give you an opportunity to discuss issues or problems in a safe, neutral environment, with the support of a non-judgmental and unbiased therapist.

Group psychotherapy offers an opportunity to discuss your problems and difficulties in a safe, supportive environment, with the help of an experienced and non-judgmental therapist and other group members.
