I am super disappointed in Photobox. I made an order at 11pm last night, and I wanted to add one more photo to the order. Unfortunately, there was no option to change the order, even though I realised within 2 minutes of recieving confirmation. I noted that the customer service opened at 9am today, so promptly I called them and explained the issue. The agent who to me was a little sarchastic, explained that he would have to cancel the order but as a gesture of goodwill would only charge for the 1 print as I had paid for express delivery. I asked whether this would still ensure delivery by 13th

Mislead me about despatch date. Ordered 30 Jan with date of arrival of 6 Feb. Email rec'd saying order done and POSTED with new arrival date now 5th Feb. No Show by 7th so started 'Live Chat' - was told it's normally 14 WORKING days. Get's email on 10th Feb saying order JUST HANDED to Royal Mail. Started Live Chat again - I'm sure it's an AI bot. Told to wait til 19th Feb before complaining. Then had temerity to say they hoped I enjoy the prints and enjoyed the Service. Oh! The large prints are of my late father, who recently passed, and were to be used at his Service - on the 11th Feb. Shocking

Very poor service.
Spent a day putting together a special photo book for my first anniversary.
I checked a few days after ordering to make sure it would arrive on time - I was told it would.
It didn't. In fact, it's still not arrived, despite an arrival date of 31st Oct.
They left no time to make alternative arrangements.
Offered no refund, despite admitting that they messed up big time.
The gift is now null and void as the time has passed.
We won't be using Photobox ever again and we suggest reading about how they don't take responsiblity when they mess up your special orders and look at

I had a real problem with the credit time bomb due to not being able to travel. The team on Photobox Online chat were really kind and took all my stress away. I find the Photobox service to be really first class and quality excellent too. The customer service is really excellent. Web site is good but better with some browsers than others. If you have a problem jump on Chat and they will help. Fast and efficient!!!

Absolutely pleased with the end result and how the customer service dealth with the order which didn't go through the first time and I still charged and refunded immediately. They apologized and gave me a discount to make up for it and still have the order delivered in perfect state and on time, I love it! Well done!

I've been using photobox since it first began trading and have found them to produce high quality products using an easy to navigate and use website. Very rarely has there been a problem but when there has, it was dealt with lightning speed and without fuss. If you're looking for quality and an affordable price, then photobox is the place to go.

I can't review it as a place to buy stuff from, but as a place to work, I quite enjoyed it. If you are, by any chance, picking up a shift here in the warehouse using Syft or a similar app, you can look forward to a fairly laid back work environment in a roomy warehouse with no obvious serious health and safety hazards. You won't get a huge amount of training here, you'll have to just ask the person next to you how to do stuff.

We ordered a personalized family photo calendar from this reputable company. Whilst my kids were opening the presents, they were greeted by their newly found family. On the bright side we had a laugh at the Human Error imbecile that caused this small inconvenience. We'll use them again if we're feeling a bit down
