After spending 25 years in the service industry, Managing Director Wayne Bedford saw a gap in the market for top quality chauffeur travel based in Dorset. Although he was not the first, he applied his experience and customer service knowledge to form what has become today, one of the leading names in executive travel.

We were left stranded at Gatwick Airport after my booking was randomly cancelled from their system. When I called the helpline I spoke to a most unhelpful person who refused to offer any assistance without a booking reference. I had made the booking months early and didn't have it with me and unbelievably they couldn't search their system to find my (cancelled) booking by name or postcode, etc. The website is difficult to use and very 'clunky'. They obviously haven't invested in their back office systems which are obviously poor by any standard. There's no confirmation of the pick-up a day or two

We were recommended by a work colleague, to this company and they were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived promptly for a 4am trip to Gatwick for eight of us with luggage and were waiting at arrivals at 6am on our return even though it had only taken 15 mins from landing to get to the arrival hall. A very relaxing way to start and finish a holiday and reasonable value.
