I have garden work going ahead and the landscapers can’t continue to work until the skip has been removed. I have been waiting 7 days now since I called for it to be collected and it’s still not been picked up yet. every time I call they say they are really busy at the moment. When you pay a lot of money for a skip this isn’t the service you would expect. Also been waiting for the invoice I’ve asked to be sent 3 times which hasn’t been sent. Definitely wouldn’t use again. Can get cheaper and better service elsewhere.

Our second skip, and the lady was most helpful describing the skip sizes, and arranged a very easy tidy delivery on both occasions. The driver was most helpful and friendly, with a handy call before delivery. The skips were clean and neatly placed exactly where I wanted. Excellent and friendly customer service. Will use again in future, the best!

I am local to where their 'base' is and I wish their drivers abided by the laws of the road. Wantage is a small market town so the roads are not built for massive skip trucks to be barrelling down the road clearly over the various speed limits. Every time I call to make the staff aware they obviously do nothing. Plus they're the most expensive skip hire company in the area... doubt people will pay more for a skip simply because aasvogel claims to be the best on service... cool.

I used Aasvogel for the first time recently and they were so helpful. As a skip ‘novice’ they gave me good advice regarding which skip I needed and delivered the skip within 2 days. They even gave me a call the day before with an approximate delivery time which was very useful. Very good customer service.

Superb service from start to finish. The online booking process was simple and clear. The subsequent communication with Rob was excellent, and he could not have been more helpful, especially as I needed to change the time of the skip collection a couple of times; he was extremely accommodating.
The driver turned up right on time and was courteous, friendly and skilled at his job.

What a great company, i got an immediate call back the next day after posting my enquiry at 9pm the prvious night. I was impressed with their competitive prices and professional service. The skip that came was of good quality and well maintained and the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. What more could you want from a local Skip Hire Company!

The attitude of these skip drivers is a big worry to me. I have refrained from using their services as they way their drivers speed around Wantage and the local area terrifies me. The approach the roundabout near their depot on Grove Technology Park as is they were in a race, don't bother to look to their right to see if anything is coming and just whizz straight across the roundabout. Woe betide anyone who is coming in their way as you'll just get mowed down in their path.
