I booked a bounce castle from Jags bouncy castles a few weeks in advance. I was lucky enough to get it delivered the evening before it was needed which made my nieces day, and then had it picked up late in the evening the following day. Really friendly staff, lovely range of bouncy castles (we got the 10x10ft jungle animals bouncy castle) which is perfect for just a few kids! Probably the cheapest price I’ve come across too! Happy with the overall service.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Booked a bouncy castle advising there may be access issues. Had to chase the booking 3 times and at every point of contact he was rude and abrupt. Took him a week to tell me the castle wouldnt fit through my door after I threatened to cancel the booking. Still awaiting my deposit back. If you're looking for professional efficient service I wouldn't recommend this company. He will probably pretend he doesn't recall dealing with me like he has on the previous bad review left!

I wanted a bouncy castle at very short notice (2 hours)... With 1.5 hours after I had contacted JAG I had a lovely clean and perfectly fitting bouncy castle in my back garden for my kids to enjoy. Amazing service and amazing people. Highly recommended!
