Norman Wenn Ltd is a locally owned, family run business which has been offering a friendly and reliable service since 1985. The business began for Norman as a tipper lorry driver where he was contracted by RMC Aggregates based in Costessey. An opportunity arose to purchase the vehicle in 1985 and it was then that Norman set up in business on his own.
Our roll on/off skips are available in a selection of sizes to suit all your larger waste disposal requirements (16 yard - 40 yard). Prices are based on a fixed haulage fee plus a rate per tonne of waste disposed of. The tonnage rate is determined by the type of waste removed (single or mixed waste streams).
Our easy to access Waste Transfer Station enables commercial customers to tip waste in a quick and efficient manner. Our calibrated weighbridge enables users to simply weigh in, tip and weigh out. You will only be charged for the weight of the waste deposited and costs are determined by the type of waste disposed of.
When a skip is collected it is transported back to our waste transfer station on the back of one of our skip lorries (Carrier Registered No. CBDU65054). Each load received on site is weighed so we have a record of the amount of waste received. Brick/Concrete - crushed and re-used as hardcore for back filling, foundations or bases for concrete.
If you need to keep the skip for longer than the initial hire period, we charge an additional 25.00 inc VAT per week. Otherwise the skip will automatically be collected on the stated date. The skip must be level loaded. The waste must not protrude above the height of the skip sides. Any overloaded skips are subject to an extra charge.

I had such a fantastic experience from this company. I had originally ordered a skip from elsewhere and was let down on the morning of delivery. On the off chance I called Norman Wenn's who arranged same day delivery for me and even went to the trouble of moving things around for me to ensure a morning delivery. Smooth transaction, very professional, yet friendly. Nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great experience!

Hired a skip from Norman Wenn and they were v professional yet friendly. From the lady in the office who took the call thru to the driver who manoeuvred the skip on my drive - smiling all the while. The chap who picked it up was also nice and helpful - and man can they drive👍🏼. Would absolutely use again - customer service can often go by the wayside ( especially in these types of services) not so with these guys - well done

By chance I called Norman Wenn for a builders skip at short notice. The office staff were courteous and efficient, as were the drivers.
The skip was delivered exactly on time and collected immediately after I called to request pickup.
As a bonus, the hire rates were the lowest that I have seen.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will not bother going elsewhere in future.
