We sell Washing Machines that we repair under the guarantee, also in our shop we hold a choice of spares and accessories for domestic appliances including oven & fridge lamps, cooker hood filters, washing machine inlet hoses, cutlery baskets, fridge salad tray's, American water filters and light bulbs etc.
Major Repair Rate of 96.00 inc VAT American Side by Side Refrigeration and Range Style Cooker Repairs. If, after our Engineer has been and inspected your appliance, it cannot be repaired or if you decide it is beyond ecomonical repair you will receive a REDUCED LABOUR INVOICE of 38.40 inc VAT. If your product can be repaired, there will be NO extra cost unless you need a new part.
I have now used McBains twice and could not recommend them more highly. Honest reliable and very reasonably priced, but, above all they got the job done and in good time too! Very many thanks for an excellent job done, your Engineer is such a nice and helpful young man and a pleasure to have in the house, very many thanks for a great service.

I rang McBain last week and booked an appointment to have my Bosch dishwasher repaired. I told them at the time of booking it was a Bosch. I got a phone call the day before my appointment to say they weren't able to keep it as 'they are not authorised service agents for Bosch appliances'. Why bother giving me an appointment? I could have contacted another repairer if I'd known they couldn't help.

Having experienced a couple of bad experiences with other so called "appliance engineers ". I was very pleasantly surprised to find that McBains were here when their appointment was booked for, the engineer detected and sorted the problem with the utmost professionalism! I would like to thank David and his team for the service!
