Great clothes but poor service. Having difficulty using the first order discount voucher, I had been sent when trying to buy a dress online, I rang the store from New Zealand. The response was unhelpful and disappointing; that there was a glitch in the system and there was nothing that could be done. I felt like I was simply brushed off and the person I spoke to was rather abrupt. No attempt to offer any other solutions and overall well below the standard I expected from one of UK's top 100 boutiques.
