Longmynd Travel Ltd is a family owned and run business which was first established in 1973. We are the second generation now running this business which was founded by Val's mother and father, George and Joan Evans. The business has recently been joined by Mark and Val's son Matthew to continue the family involvement.
Our excellent fleet offers comfortable travel with a range of sizes to suit your needs from a 16 seater mini bus to 70 seater coaches and is constantly being update the maintain the highest levels of safety and environmental standards. Standard - excellent modern vehicles maintained to the highest standards and include air conditioning.
Our executive coaches are designed for long journeys, so they are ideal for trips to any destination within the UK or Europe. The coaches comply fully with UK and European Standards including second and third braking systems, ABS and European-standard rollover protection. All of our executive coaches have air conditioning, luxury reclining seats, TV screen, coffee/tea making facilities and toilet facilities.
Could you pass on our thanks to Robin for the excellent job that he did driving for our trip to Angelsey last week. We really appreciated the interest he took, his flexibility with dropping off, parking, etc and his willingness to go the extra mile to help us out. I must say that I highly recommend this company for all your coaching needs I have been on numerous trips to London York Leeds and Liverpool and everytime the coaches have been immaculate with all modern needs Plus the driver's have all been first class, informative very smart and I've always felt 100% safe with their driving. I have just resigned from helping to run Telford Breathe Easy after 15 years. I have organised at least 5-6 trips a year and have used Longmynd travel. because the group has lung problems cannot walk and on oxygen the company have served us so well the drivers are so good they put our wheelchairs and scooters in the luggage part of the coach, they load and unload us where they can as obviously if they usually park at a parking zone they will go through to get us as near to our venue it has been a pleasure to deal with them and I know that the new person will carry on using them for our trips in
